Delightful Portuguese bar/restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. We visited twice during our stay in Lisbon, would happily revisit if ever again in the area.
We loved this bar. It was home to the locals as well as the tourists. The hospitality was so good we were made to feel welcome at every visit. The sangria was superb. The beer was always fresh and the food was surprisingly good, some of the best we had and at a very reasonable price. The staff couldn't do more for us.
Incredible food, service and vibe. By far the most affordable restaurant that we’ve seen in the area. I recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for both quality and affordability in traditional portuguese restaurants!
If you are near Alfama, don't miss this place. Always fresh and delicious food. Try the restaurant's signature bitoque or dish of the day, and also try the signature sangria!
It's a lovely place, feels like home, I had a pork sandwich with garlic and I have to say that it was the best I've never had, tastes amazing! Plus, the coffee with milk It's nice as well.
We only had drinks but the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s overlooking the cruise line launch and it’s fun to watch the sights and sounds.
Alfama Rio is the best. We ate ‘heavy’ breakfast and the food was amazing. Local place. It was just bellow our accommodation. Highly recommend.
Saw the other day while walking nearby this place how busy and lively it was and decided to check it out. Food was delicious and tried the green wine was refreshing as well. Don’t like desserts usually but I did try one of the Portuguese desserts was tasty. Definitely recommend it!
